Booking Policy – Cancellation Policy: You may cancel a booking up to 12 hours before its scheduled start time. If you need to cancel within this window and are unable to access your booking, please contact us directly at contact@edkyte.com. – Rescheduling Policy: Bookings can be rescheduled up to 1 hour before the start time.
