Course Structure & More

Weekly Live Classes

Each course runs for 20 weeks with weekly 1.5-hour live video lessons. Classes are kept small, with 4–5 students per group, ensuring personalized attention and a collaborative learning environment.​​

Backup Class Times

Every class has a designated fallback time if the instructor cannot attend due to illness. If this backup doesn’t work, we’ll work with parents to reschedule. We guarantee 20 live classes will be delivered, even if the course duration extends slightly.

Flexible Course Timeline

We aim for the first class to start within two weeks of signing up. The timeline listed on course descriptions is extended to accommodate any holidays, breaks, or instructor absences, ensuring students receive a complete 20-week experience.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied by the end of the first week, we’ll offer alternative class times or a full refund. Additionally, if you decide the course isn’t right for your child before the end of the fifth lesson, we provide a full refund minus a $100 setup fee.

How to Enroll Your Child

Step 1: Choose one of our available courses below

Select the course that best fits your child’s interests, with the choice to pay upfront or in installments over the course duration.

Step 3: Receive Enrollment Details

We organize students into small groups of 4–5 for personalized attention. Classes may start with fewer students as we wait for others to enroll, but we never exceed 5 per group.

Step 2: Provide Scheduling Preferences

During sign-up, we’ll ask for your preferred days, time slots, and your child’s grade level. This helps us create well-matched groups by availability and age.

Step 4: Confirm Selected Time Slot

​We’ll confirm the chosen time slot with you to ensure it fits your family’s schedule. This step helps us finalize group placements and prepare for the course start.
