EdKyte is dedicated to empowering young learners by providing accessible, high-quality tutoring and courses in math, science, writing, and coding. Our mission is to inspire curiosity, build foundational skills, and support each student's unique learning journey through a personalized, hands-on approach. With experienced educators from top institutions, we’re committed to helping students thrive both academically and personally.
Our Story
Our story begins with our founder, Alejandro Marquez, an immigrant from Mexico who has experienced firsthand the doors that a good education can open. As a UC Berkeley student who worked as a math educator, coding instructor, and course TA to put himself through college, Alejandro founded EdKyte to bring the resources for academic success to young learners. His vision is for EdKyte to one day become a nonprofit, offering free courses to kids in impoverished communities worldwide, empowering the next generation with opportunities to thrive.
